LocalReach ("we", "us", or "our") operates golocalreach.com and provides Google Business Profile management services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you sign up or use our services:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business information: Business name, address, category, website, and description.
  • Google account data: With your explicit authorization via Google OAuth, we access your Google Business Profile to manage reviews, posts, and profile information.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Customer contact lists: Phone numbers you upload for review request campaigns, collected with your confirmation that you have obtained proper consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our Google Business Profile management services.
  • To draft AI-generated review responses and Google post captions on your behalf.
  • To send SMS review requests to your customers on your behalf.
  • To send monthly performance reports to your email address.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates.

3. Google Data

We access your Google Business Profile data solely to provide our services — including syncing reviews, publishing posts, and replying to reviews on your behalf. We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. SMS and Customer Data

Customer phone numbers you upload are used exclusively to send review request SMS messages on your behalf. You confirm when uploading that you have obtained appropriate consent from these individuals. We do not use this data for any other purpose and do not sell it to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Google: To manage your Business Profile as authorized by you.
  • Stripe: To process subscription payments.
  • Twilio: To send SMS messages on your behalf.
  • Anthropic: Business context is sent to Claude AI to generate review responses and post captions. No personal customer data is shared.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted storage, HTTPS, and secure OAuth token handling. Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform authorized actions on your behalf.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, you may request deletion of your data by emailing us. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
